Every new client starts with a deep detailed clean. You tell us exactly which areas you want cleaned — the whole home or just the kitchen, living room and a bathroom — and we clean every one of them completely.
We price the work, not the square footage.
A five-bedroom home might only need the living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. A one-bedroom might need everything. A home cleaned every week needs far less work than one that has never been cleaned. So instead of charging by the size of your building, we charge a flat rate for a block of work and you tell us exactly what you want cleaned.
Your flat rate covers a minimum of 4–5 hours of work for two cleaners. If your home needs more time than that, the extra time is $50 per hour for the team ($25 per cleaner), and we agree on it with you before we start. If your home doesn't need much work, you pay the flat rate and nothing more.
We don't walk through a home before you're booked. On the day we arrive we look at the real scope of work first — if it's more than described, we talk it through with you and agree on the price before any work begins. Photos or a detailed video of the areas you want cleaned help us plan accurately from the start.

Deep detailed cleans from $375.
Every new client's first booking is a deep detailed clean. Standard cleans open up after that. Deep cleans are thorough and can take all day — and larger or heavier jobs may be split across two days so the work stays thorough without overwhelming your household or our team.

For homes, rentals, and turnovers we do not walk through before you are booked — on the day we arrive we look at the actual scope of work first. If it is more than what you described, we talk it through with you and agree on the price before we start any work — never after.

A deep detailed clean is required for your first booking. It is thorough and can take all day, especially in a home that has not been cleaned regularly. After your deep clean you can book standard cleans going forward.
When a home needs more work than one day allows, we may split the deep clean into two visits — half the home one day, the rest the next. This keeps the work at the same quality without overwhelming your household or our team. If we think your clean should be split, we tell you before we start and the price stays as agreed.
