A five-bedroom home might only need the living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom cleaned. A one-bedroom might need everything. A home cleaned every week needs far less work than one that has never been cleaned. So you tell us exactly which areas you want cleaned, and we price the work — not the size of the building.
Your flat rate covers a minimum of 4–5 hours of work for a two-cleaner team. If your home needs more time than that, the extra time is $50 per hour for the team ($25 per hour per cleaner). If your home does not need much work, you pay the flat rate and nothing more.
Pre-booking walk-throughs are offered for post-construction and commercial or office properties only. For homes, rentals, and turnovers we do not walk through before you are booked — on the day we arrive we look at the actual scope of work first. If it is more than what you described, we talk it through with you and agree on the price before we start any work — never after.
Upload photos, or record a detailed video walking through every area you want cleaned. Video is the next best thing to being there, though nothing beats seeing the space in person — which is why we confirm on arrival.
A deep detailed clean is required for your first booking. It is thorough and can take all day, especially in a home that has not been cleaned regularly. After your deep clean you can book standard cleans going forward.
When a home needs more work than one day allows, we may split the deep clean into two visits — half the home one day, the rest the next. This keeps the work at the same quality without overwhelming your household or our team. If we think your clean should be split, we tell you before we start and the price stays as agreed.
