Home cleaning, turnovers, and post-construction cleans all start from the rates above and vary with square footage, property condition, and the amount of work actually required — construction cleanups, commercial spaces, and larger turnovers are billed per square foot. We provide a written quote after a short call, photos, or a walk-through. Recurring clients receive 20% off every visit — just book again, no contract needed. Styling, design, and staging carries a flat $2,000 service and labor fee with a 50% deposit; furniture and decor are purchased separately with your own budget.
