Deep Clean
Every new client starts here. A deep detailed clean is thorough and can take all day, and larger jobs may be split across two days so nothing is rushed.
- $375 flat rate covering a minimum of 4–5 hours for two cleaners
- Extra time is $50/hour for the team ($25 per cleaner)
- You choose the exact areas you want cleaned
- No square-footage pricing — we price the work, not the building
- If your home doesn't need much work, you pay the flat rate and nothing more
Standard
Upkeep visits once you've had a deep detailed clean with us. Surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, floors and straightening up.

- $175 flat rate, then $50/hour for the team if more is needed
- Recurring weekly or bi-weekly — 20% off every visit

Turnover & Build
Move-outs, apartment turnovers, Airbnb resets, post-construction cleans, and commercial or office work.
- Move-in / move-out & apartment turnovers — $300 base, then $50/hr
- Vacation rental & Airbnb turnovers — $145 minimum, then $50/hr
- Post-construction / builder final — $0.45 per sq ft, $525 minimum
- Commercial from $325 · Office from $175, flat and scope-based
- Turnovers are not deep cleans — deep cleaning is added on or booked separately
Flat rate first. Hourly only when the work calls for it.
We don't price homes by square footage, because you may only want part of your home cleaned — and a home cleaned every week needs far less work than one that has never been cleaned. Your flat rate covers a minimum of 4–5 hours of work for two cleaners. Anything beyond that is $50 per hour for the team ($25 per cleaner). We don't walk through a home before you're booked: on the day we arrive we look at the real scope of work, and if it's more than described we agree on the price with you before starting — never after. Upload photos or record a detailed video and we can plan far more accurately. Recurring clients receive 20% off every visit with a signed recurring service agreement covering the frequency and rate.

- Dishes washed (excessive dishes are an added charge, especially with no dishwasher)

- Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside, outside and behind

- Kitchen counters, sink and appliance exteriors
- Regular bathroom cleaning — toilet, sink, mirror, shower, floors
- Beds made or blankets folded
- Reachable surfaces and furniture dusted
- Mirrors and glass spot cleaned
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Available only after you have had a deep detailed clean with us.
- Laundry, inside cabinets, inside the refrigerator and inside the oven remain add-ons.
- Heavy build-up that has returned may call for another deep clean — we will tell you before we start.
