How this service works — and what it costs.
This is a design and labor service. We plan the look, source the furniture and decor, and install and style the space. What we do not do is buy your furnishings for you.
There are two separate costs. First: the service and labor fee — a flat $2,000 — which covers the design plan, sourcing, delivery coordination, installation, and styling. A 50% deposit ($1,000) is required to book and hold your install date; the balance is due on completion.
Second: your furnishings budget — every piece of furniture, rug, art, lighting, bedding, and decor is purchased with your funds, in addition to the service fee. You set the budget, you own everything we buy, and we shop to that number.
When you book, tell us your furnishings budget and exactly which rooms or areas you want styled, staged, or furnished. That is what we price and plan against.

Flat $2,000 service & labor fee.
The $2,000 fee is the design, sourcing, installation, and styling labor only. Furniture and decor are an additional cost paid by you, based on the budget you set. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your install date.
